    1) Absorption costing = direct material + direct labor + variable overhead + fixed overhead

    Unitary cost = 24.5 + 15.6 + 18.1 + (132,000/6,600) = 78.2

    Unitary costs = 24.5 + 15.6 + 18.1 + 8.9 = 67.1
