    Explanation:

    The personal forms of the power is the ability for controlling the environment around the person and it could be achieved by 5 different kinds of power, which are referent power, reward power, legitimate power, coercive power and expert power.

    Where as Organizational forms is the forms in terms of labor power, the division, object and means of labor and the control of labor at the institutional and the organizational level.

    Therefore, the personal power is more strongly related to the job performance and commitment instead of organization forms as the personal forms make the person feel more happy and secure in their job.
