    Answer;

    A. Folded, fault-block, volcanic.

    Explanation; There are three major types of mountains: fold mountains, fault-block mountains, and volcanic mountains. Fold mountains are formed when two plates collide, whose force cause the earth's crust to crumple and fold. Fault-block Mountains are formed along fault lines. When the tectonics plates move, some of the fault blocks are pushed up while others are pushed down. Volcanic mountains are those that result from volcanic activity. They are formed by eruption of magma to the surface of the Earth. When this magma cools and harden on the surface of the earth, mountains are formed.
