How could you separate tellurium dioxide teo2 from sio2?

    You separate these compounds by adding hydroflouric acid. By this, the Silicon Dioxide would be dissolved and be with the acid since it is soluble while the tellerium dioxide would stay as it is. They are separated by virtue of the physical property, solubility.
