How was the burger of the Renaissance similar to what today we would call the " middle class ", how were he or she different? (Burgher)

    Burgher in the renaissance is a citizen of a borough or town, especially one belonging to the middle class. So it is similar to to what today we would call the " middle class " because they are the middle class in the era.
