    The correct answer is C geographically it overlapped both empires

    It was a huge empire between these two other empires and its citizens were people from both empires which resulted in a blending of culture which had both the Han Dynasty elements coming from the far east and the Greco-Roman influence coming from the west. Cultural diffusion was a big thing in the Kushan empire.
