New Jersey is considered to be more democratic and not republic and is a very strong democracy because the people of New Jersey have been voting for the Democrats in the presidential elections since the year 1992.

It included a bill for rights that were given to the citizens and the powers of the legislation, judiciary and executive branches were also separate which was another feature of democratic form of government.
