What does this cartoon suggest about American neutrality at the beginning of World War II? American forces had enemies all over the world and were powerless to prevent their enemies' spread. America's lack of involvement would result in the Axis powers taking over the world's territory. American territory was far too well protected for the Axis powers to invade and conquer. Assuming this is referring to the same cartoon that was posted before with this question, the answer would be "A merica's lack of involvement would result in the Axis powers taking over the world's territory" since this was drawn by an interventionist who knew of the dangers of Nazi Germany.
