    Answer D is false. The germans used a ton of airplanes for their Blitzkrieg tactic. Allied bombers hurt the german economy, crippling their war macine. And most of the pacific victories of the US against Japan, such as the sinking of the yamato, was mostly because of the air force the US possesed.

    D. Airplanes had very little effect on the way the war was fought ... because airplanes weren't used much then until later in world war 2 during the Japanese hitting the USA at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii
