A school district supplied school bus service for all children 12 years of age or under who lived at least one mile from school. This service was provided for transportation to and from school. Joanna was a 13-year-old student who lived in that school district. Joanna's home was 1.2 miles from school. Her parents brought suit against the school district alleging that Jonah was entitled to school bus service and the failure to provide such service denied her the equal protection of the law. Discuss the probable outcome of the lawsuit. Your answer should be a well-developed paragraph

It is likely that the process brought up by Jonah's parents will not be successful.

    Explanation:

As you can see in the question above, the school established that transportation would be offered to children who lived at least a mile away from the school and who were a maximum of 12 years old. Jonah lives 2 km diastancia from the school (more than 1 mile) however, he is 13 years old. This means that Jonah does not meet the requirements established by the school to have access to the school bus, for this reason, it is likely that the lawsuit that his parents raised against the school will not be successful.
