The hypotenuse of a right triangle is 15 inches, and one of its legs is 11 inches. find the length of the other leg.

    A^2+B^2=C^2

    C=the hypotenuse

    B and A=the legs

    11^2+B^2=15^2

    (simplify)

    121+B^2=225

    subtract 121

    √b^2=√104

    b=2√26

    2√26
