Y + 4 = 2/3 (x + 7)
y + 4 = 2/3x + 14/3
y = 2/3x + 14/3 - 4
y = 2/3x + 14/3 - 12/3
y = 2/3x + 2/3
-2/3x + y = 2/3
2x - 3y = - 2 < = = standard form
