Solve each system of equations.

(1) y=x-2

(2) y=x²-2

Then we deduce that x-2 = x²-2 = = = > x²-x = 0 = = x (x-1) = 0

so x = 0 or x = 1. Plug these values in any of the equation to find y & you will find:
