    Each term is multipied by 3

    an=a1 (r) ^ (n-1)

    first term is 49

    r=3

    an=49 (3) ^ (n-1)

    an=49 (3^-1) (3^n)

    an = (49/3) 3^n

    the expliciti rule is

    an = (49/3) (r^n)
