The universe contains billions of galaxies. The largest galaxies contain a trillion stars. What holds each galaxy together?

    Although scientists are not certain, it's theorized that the center of each galaxy contains a supermassive black hole. This black hole has the gravity to pull together billions of stars in an orbit.
