Following are the expectations of college educators which is most different from the culture of recent educational experience:

Collaboration with peers - this expectation is different from my recent educational experience. There is no/less interaction with peer which reduce the chances of collaboration.

Examples: The projects and assignment are usually given to individual student not to whole group which has further reduced the chances of collaboration.

Attendance - this expectation is different from my recent educational experience. There is no pressure of attendance in my recent educational institute.

Examples: There is no minimum percentage of attendance needs to be maintained.

Realistic self-confidence - it is gained by interacting with different people knowing their opinions and views and also by communicating your own opinions and view but it was not the case in my recent educational institute as they were strict about studies and does not focus on inter-personal skills which leads to low self-confidence.
