    Ideal means, 100% achievement, something without no loss and for something to be 100% gain without no loss, that means 100% must have been given, but this (ideal) is not always possible, their is always going to losses, there has been no system that as been ideal. So an ideal standard can only be achieved under efficient operating condition without no loss.
