It is less expensive to implement as compared to other staffing approaches.

    Explanation:

Polycentric staffing strategy is a staffing system used by some multinational corporations whereby the staff base/managers in their firms around the world are made up of indigents of the operating country. This method of staffing is cheaper because relocation cost from the parent country of the company is removed and other logistic cost of bringing in staff from the parent country of the company is removed as is practiced in ethnocentric staffing.
