    The general tendency is Presidents usually start out popular and decline over the next four years.

    This indicates that people could not rely on Government officials to solve all of our problems. In the end, people expect too much difference gonna be made in their life simply by having different leaders.

    Which eventually reflected to the popularity rate as the people realize that the president did not bring any difference to their life.
