    Option C

    Explanation:

After been impeached by the house of reps (also known as congress), the case is then passed to the senate for trial, once the senate conducts trial and the governor is convicted, he will be removed from office.

It is only the house of reps that can impeachment once 2/3 of the house finds him guilty and the senate will remove it from office once trial is conducted and he is convicted.
