    When we say bias, this refers to something that shows prejudice or unfairness. In decision-making, the bias that is most likely to afflict consensus decision making is the confirmation bias. Confirmation bias happens when the decision maker looks for information that would only support his or her decision. These information are used in order to persuade anyone to support his or her decision.
