    That statement is true

    In general, codependent individuals are considered to have dysfunctional relationship because it often create a situation when one individual enable the bad behavior that displayed by other individual.

    Example of a codependency would be a women who decided to give all of her saving to enable her unemployed boyfriend to drink in a bar.
